If you experience a technical issue:

- Contact the author first
- Or leave a comment on the item page

Most issues can be resolved quickly by the author.
If you do not receive a response within 48 hours, please contact support.

✅ When refunds are granted

Refunds may be issued if:

- The item has a technical issue that cannot be fixed
- The item is significantly different from its description

🚫 When refunds are NOT granted

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

- You no longer need the item
- You found a better item
- You do not know how to use the item
- You do not have the required software
- You purchased the item by mistake

All refund decisions are at the discretion of GraphicForest.

🛠️ Common Issues & Solutions

📦 File won’t open

- Make sure you have unzipped the file
- Check that you are using the correct software

Common formats:
- AI / EPS → Adobe Illustrator
- PSD → Adobe Photoshop
- INDD → Adobe InDesign
- DOC / DOCX → Microsoft Word
- PPT / PPTX → PowerPoint

💻 Missing required software

Some files require specific programs (e.g. Adobe software).
You may need to install the correct software to use the item.

🔤 Font issues (glyphs, swirls, etc.)

Some fonts may not display correctly in programs like Word or PowerPoint.
Use professional design software (e.g. Illustrator, InDesign) for full functionality.

⚠️ Item not working as expected

In most cases, the author can fix the issue.
Contact the author directly for support.

🖼️ Item appears low quality

Check if multiple versions are included:

- Preview (low quality)
- Original file (high quality or vector)

📁 ZIP file issues

If the file is corrupted or won’t open:

- Check file size matches the original
- Try downloading again
- Use a ZIP/RAR extractor if needed

🔄 Wrong item or license purchased

If you purchased the wrong version:

1. Buy the correct item
2. Contact support
3. Request a refund for the incorrect purchase
